We all know I love taco night! This time we tried something new though! Last grocery trip I begged for taco night so we picked up chorizo sausages! That was the meat to our tacos, here’s what we did!
A coated the pan with about 2 tablespoons or so of olive oil (enough to cover the entire bottom of a 10″ pan)
He then added a pinch of cayenne pepper, curry powder, and red pepper flakes. Shaking the pan around to spread it all out and tasting to make sure it was spicy, but not too spicy.
We then cut open 3 sausages and threw out the coating. We broke up the meat in a skillet over a medium setting until it turned a brown color.
You could probably stop there if it’s fully cooked…but A drained the olive oil mixture and then sautéed it until it was nice and crispy.
They were pretty dang tasty!! I love trying new tacos!
