Leisurely Nature Stroll

Life, Local Flavor

We recently went for a nice stroll in a local park called Frick Park. I never realized how big it was until we got there! It’s HUGE and GREEN! So many trails!!

I think it’s a lot of fun to explore local parks! Do you have a favorite local park??

  • I love it, it's so much fun! You never know what you'll find in nature walks 😀

  • Great pictures!! I've been going to the High Line this summer in the city, but I need to take more strolls in local parks before it gets too cold!

  • They are always a blast!!

  • Yeah! I like walking in the autumn too, just to look at all the leaves!

This place is gorgeous. Makes me desperately wish I was there right now. My favorite public park is the IMA 100 Acres in Indianapolis.

  • This looks like an awesome place to wander. I think my favorite local park would be the Garrett Mountain Reservation in New Jersey, primarily because there's a castle and lots of trails to explore.

  • Gorgeous – and I LOVE your shoes! They look to toasty!

  • There's a castle there?!? I love castles! I will have to put this on my travel list! 😀

  • I love public parks! That park sounds awesome! If it's 100 acres, that's a lot of acres! wow!

  • thanks! They have fur inside, so my feet did get a little bit too warm haha!
