Summer Bookworm BINGO!

Blogging, Book Reviews

For Alex the school year has started, yet kids (and parents) are still running around picking up last minute summer reading books that were forgotten over the duration of the lazy summer months. I on the other hand managed to complete two summer reading bingos on the #SummerBookwormBingo that I shared near the start of the summer!
I know that things got a little crazy and hectic (and a bit depressive) with me, but that didn’t stop me from reading! Anyways, I wanted to share the two bingos that I managed to cross off my list this summer! Even though it feels like every day will be summer here, all year round I’ll be summer reading. (I don’t know if that sounds bitter or not, but there could be a tad of bitterness in there)
First Bingo:
Mystery: Blood on Snow
Book to Movie: A Scanner Darkly
Non Fiction: The Fangirl’s Guide to the Galaxy
Book Published this Year: The Girl on the Train
Memoir: Unabrow
Second Bingo:

I kinda cheated a little and counted The Fangirl’s Guide to the Galaxy for two different categories, but whatever! I didn’t say it was against the rules, and I made the rules!!

Young Adult: All the Bright Places
Graphic Novel/Manga: (Not Pictured) Akatsuki no Yona (multiple volumes) I read them online!
A Book with a Purple Cover: The Fangirl’s Guide to the Galaxy
Book Published this Year: The Girl on the Train
Hardcover: All the Light we Cannot See

So many hearts on my BINGO sheet! I should have printed out multiple copies or something! Oops! (But I ran out of printer ink and didn’t have it in me to go out and buy more until recently)

Did anyone else get a BINGO? Did anyone else play along!? I’d love to feature you and you BINGO winning reads on the blog! #SummerBookwormBingo comment below and let me know if you got a BINGO!
